In view of the vision to rebuild Aniocha North and bringing Peace Development and Progress to the people, the Aniocha North Local Government under Hon Emma Bazim Chinye shall directly initiate or facilitate skill acquisition programs for human capital development of Aniocha Northerners in partnership with M.O.R.E Agenda of the Delta State Government, Private sector and not for profit organizations.
